Women or their families who agreed to settle in the NuvaRing Multi-District lawsuits were told that they had to sign an agreement to settle their claims. The following chart lists the amounts for payment BEFORE attorney fees and expenses (which are 50% of the amount shown below). Women and their families are not to discuss their settlement or to pursue any other action. Women continue to be harmed and no attorneys are taking cases.
